本文研究了柠檬桉叶挥发油的抑瘤作用及毒性,发现本品对小鼠EC的抑瘤率为67.5~98.9%;S_(180)为36.2~62.8%;大鼠W_(256)为32.7~61.4%。放射自显影实验证明本品能明显抑制EC腹水癌细胞的DNA合成。急性毒性试验:口服LD_(50)=1.49ml/kg(按原油计,下同);静注LD_(50)=0.19ml/kg。亚急性毒性试验表明,除发现本品对口腔、咽喉粘膜有刺激反应外,其余项目,如血液、肝、肾功能、EKG、及心、肺、肝、肾、脾、胃、输尿管、胆囊、胰等脏器病检中,均未见明显异常。
The antitumor activity and toxicity of volatile oil from Eucalyptus citriodora were studied in this paper. The inhibitory rate of this product to mouse EC was 67.5-98.9%, S 180 was 36.2-62.8%, W 256 was 32.7 ~ 61.4%. Autoradiography experiments show that this product can significantly inhibit EC ascites cancer cell DNA synthesis. Acute toxicity test: Oral LD_ (50) = 1.49ml / kg (by crude oil, the same below); intravenous LD_ (50) = 0.19ml / kg. Subacute toxicity tests showed that in addition to stimulating oral and pharyngeal mucosa, the remaining items such as blood, liver and kidney function, EKG, and heart, lung, liver, kidney, spleen, stomach, ureter, Pancreatic organ and other diseases, no obvious abnormalities.
