目前在高级饭店、宾馆等工程中,需要大量木地板等装饰用材。按以往做法,席纹地板须用优质硬木加工成带企口的大规格(厚25～30米毫,宽50毫米)席纹地板,木材利用率仅20～30％,消耗了大量的优质木材。我国木材资源十分缺乏,而硬木地板的需求量又逐年增加,为减少外汇支出,可利用木材加工过程中的边角短料,制成薄型拼木地板。我厂从1980年起进行小规模试产,并和构配件研究所协作,成立了研制小组,进行了7种胶粘剂和薄型拼木地板材性的研究,经过近400平方米拼木地板试点,建立了一条地板生产线,取得了初步成果。

Our factory started small-scale trial production from 1980 and cooperated with the Institute of Structural Accessories to set up a research team. We conducted seven kinds of adhesives and thin-type wood flooring. After nearly 400 square meters of wood flooring trials, A floor production line was established and initial results were achieved.
