登革热是由经登革热病毒感染的伊蚊等传播的虫媒传染病。厦门市近几年监测未发现登革热病例。2005年下半年,东南亚国家登革热爆发流行。随着经贸全球化,由口岸出入境人员频繁。8月至9月,厦门市出入境检验检疫局机场检疫处报告10批共计31名从东南亚入境的登革热感染者。为此,厦门市疾病预防控制中心(下称疾控中心)加强了与出入境检验检疫部门的合作与联系,积极协助对来自东南亚国家的入境人员进行筛查,发现登革热感染者入境后,立刻进行调查和处理,阻断了二代病人的发生。现将经厦门口岸入境登革热感染者的处理措施与效果报告如下:
Dengue is a zoonotic disease transmitted by Aedes mosquitoes infected with dengue virus. Xiamen City in recent years, monitoring did not find Dengue cases.
