2009年末,北京召开“本市五大产业振兴方案”发布会。这五大产业是:汽车产业、都市型工业、生物和医药产业、装备制造业、新能源产业。此次北京市发布的五大产业规划实施年限为2009年至2011年。从推进自主创新、加强技术改造、鼓励兼并重组、提升品牌价值、拓宽融资渠道、加强基础设施建设、推广市场应用等方面提出了有针对性的、可操作的措施。
At the end of 2009, Beijing held a press conference on “Top 5 Industrial Revitalization Programs in this Municipality”. These five industries are: automobile industry, urban industry, biological and pharmaceutical industries, equipment manufacturing, new energy industries. The implementation of the five major industry plans released by Beijing Municipality is from 2009 to 2011. It put forward targeted and operational measures from promoting independent innovation, strengthening technological innovation, encouraging mergers and acquisitions, enhancing brand value, broadening financing channels, strengthening infrastructure construction and promoting market applications.
