以成都市为中心,构建四川省的一级经济区,其范围包括现有成都经济区的7个城市再加上内江、自贡和南充三个城市,形成“1+10”的格局。按这种方式划分经济区,既能够充分发挥成都的优势,又能够促进经济中心的发育,还有利于将介于受成都和重庆双向辐射的内江、自贡、南充三个城市,尽可能地纳入到成都市的服务和辐射范围,壮大四川省在国家战略层面的成渝经济区中作为“一极”的实力。
With Chengdu as the center, a primary economic zone in Sichuan Province will be established. Its scope includes the 7 cities in the existing Chengdu Economic Zone plus the three cities of Neijiang, Zigong and Nanchong, forming a pattern of “1 + 10”.
