高渗性高血糖性昏迷(以下简称高渗性昏迷)是糖尿病急性并发症之一。自1957年Sament 等和 de Graeff 等作了首例报告之后,对本病的认识逐渐加深,发现此并发症并非罕见。它起病隐匿、症状凶险而又易为基础疾病及合并症掩盖、死亡率高,因此受到临床医师的重视。本文报告1975年以来收治的6例高渗性昏迷,结合近年国内文献报告之14例就本症的诊断问题进行初步分析和讨论。
