高校共青团工作应以和谐社会建设和科学发展观学习实践活动为契机,以人为本,注重团员学生的社会主义核心价值体系的构建和自我价值的实现,加强团组织自身建设,增强服务意识,不断推进共青团组织和制度的自我完善和发展,发挥自身在新时代背景下的领导核心和战斗堡垒作用。
