众所周知,拉床的自动调整球形支承,由于当拉刀的轴向力施加到支承元件上时,球面克服摩擦力而作自动调整是非常困难的,所以不能保证工件定基准有足够高的精度。此外,摩擦滑动会导致工作球面很快磨损、产生积屑和使工件定基准的精度下降。
It is well known that the automatic adjustment of the spherical support of the broaching machine is very difficult because the spherical surface automatically adjusts against the frictional force when the axial force of the broach is applied to the supporting element so that there is no guarantee that the workpiece will have a sufficiently high accuracy for setting the reference. In addition, frictional sliding can result in rapid wear of the working sphere, debris build-up and reduced accuracy of workpiece alignment.
