今年以来,唐县从建立多维立体考察机制入手,按照《条例》的有关规定,围绕干部的工作圈、生活圈、社交圈,积极探索快速、准确的干部考察方法,拓宽了识人渠道。建立责任机制,夯实干部考察工作的基础。一是大力提高考察者的整体素质。定期组织学习政治理论、组工业务以及社会心理学、组织行为学等方面的知识,不断拓宽知识面,提高干部考察者的本领。二是严格保密制度,建立健全考察责任制。把保密意识、保密能力的强弱作为考察人员的重要条件。同时,建立健全干部考察责任制,做到谁考察谁负责,并要求形成的考察材料必须全面、客观、准确。三是加强对党员、干部的纪律教育。教育广大党员、干部认真履行如实向组织反映有关考察对象情况的责任和义务。

Third, we should step up discipline education for party members and cadres.
