肺癌为我国最常见的恶性肿瘤，血行转移发生率高，但首发以颅外头颈部淋巴结外的软组织转移灶少见，目前文献尚未见成组报告。我院于１９８５～１９９８年１３年间共收治７例，现报告如下。临床资料：本组共７例，男性５例，女性２例。年龄４７～７１岁，平均年龄６０．７岁。 Lung cancer is the most common malignancy in China. The incidence of hematogenous metastasis is high, but the first occurrence of soft tissue metastases outside the extracranial head and neck lymph nodes is rare. The current literature has not yet been reported in groups. In our hospital, 7 cases were treated during the 13 years from 1985 to 1998. The current report is as follows. Clinical data: There were 7 cases in this group, 5 males and 2 females. Age 47-71 years old, average age 60.7 years old.
