在总人群中,UCP2-866G/A位点A/G的OR=0.931(95%CI:0.884-0.980),AA+GA/GG的OR=0.924(95%CI:0.859-0.994),AA/GG的OR=0.886(95%CI:0.797-0.985),GA/GG的OR=0.925(95%CI:0.856-0.999),有统计学意义。在欧洲人群中,UCP2-866G/A位点A/G的OR=0.912(95%CI:0.857-0.970),AA+GA/GG的OR=0.882(95%CI:0.808-0.962),AA/GG的OR=0.846(95%CI:0.743-0.963),GA/GG的OR=0.893(95%CI:0.814-0.980),有统计学意义。但在亚洲人群中均无统计学意义。结论:我们认为-866G/A基因多态性与欧洲人群的肥胖有关,与亚洲人群的肥胖无关。
OBJECTIVE: In recent years, there are many studies on the relationship between UCP2-866G / A polymorphism and obesity, but the results of each study are not consistent. This article intends to adopt the method of Meta analysis to systematically and quantitatively analyze the published research on UCP2-866G / A gene polymorphism and obesity in order to scientifically evaluate the relationship between UCP2-866G / A polymorphism and obesity . Methods: In this study, we searched the published literature of UCP2-866G / A gene polymorphism related to obesity using computer to search Wanfang full-text database, CNKI, VIP database, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, PubMed database and so on, Values and their 95% CI as Meta-analysis. Stata10.0 software was used to test the heterogeneity of each research result and calculate the effect value. Results: According to the uniform inclusion and exclusion criteria, 14 articles were included, with 5195 obese individuals and 9735 controls. OR = 0.931 (95% CI: 0.884-0.980) for UCP2-866G / A locus A / G and OR = 0.924 (95% CI: 0.859-0.994) for AA + GA / GG in the general population, AA / OR of GG = 0.886 (95% CI: 0.797-0.985), GA / GG OR = 0.925 (95% CI: 0.856-0.999), with statistical significance. In the European population, OR = 0.912 (95% CI: 0.857-0.970) for UCP2-866G / A locus A / G and OR = 0.882 for AA + GA / GG (95% CI: 0.808-0.962) OR of GG was 0.846 (95% CI: 0.743-0.963), OR of GA / GG was 0.893 (95% CI: 0.814-0.980), which was statistically significant. However, there was no statistical significance in the Asian population. CONCLUSIONS: We believe that -866G / A polymorphism is associated with obesity in European populations and not with obesity in Asian populations.
