本文采用 L_9(3~4)正交设计方案,对平菇室内栽培小气候条件进行了研究。用正交试验方差分析求得平菇室内栽培最佳方案。用逐步回归、积分回归等方法,找出了影响平菇产量的主要气象因子及其生育关键期的气象指标,以及各生育期的温、湿度对其产量的影响效果。
In this paper, L_9 (3 ~ 4) orthogonal design scheme was used to study the indoor microclimate conditions of Pleurotus ostreatus. Orthogonal test analysis of variance obtained the best plan for indoor cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus. The main meteorological factors that affect the yield of Pleurotus ostreatus and the meteorological indexes of the key period of their fertility were found by the methods of stepwise regression and integral regression, and the effects of temperature and humidity in each growth period on the yield were analyzed.
