茎突过长综合征近年来国内外有不少报道。笔者自1989年至1990年5月,通过对颈部血管神经及茎突解剖的观察与研究,设计了以下术式,并临床应用治疗20例,收到满意效果。现报告如下:临床资料本组共20例:男性9例,女性11例;年龄30～60岁,平均40.4岁,表现咽异感症4例,颈部酸胀感伴上肢麻木活动受限8例,头痛2例,头晕5例,双侧颈部、肩部酸胀1例。经手术后,所有病例原症状均消失。
