我科近6年来同期行冷冻自体下颌骨再植术14例,报告如下。临床资料 14例中,男性11例,女性3例,最大年龄64岁,最小19岁。恶性肿瘤10例(下颌牙龈鳞癌5例,颊部鳞癌3例,口底鳞癌1例,舌鳞癌1例),造釉细胞瘤1例,下颌骨巨细胞瘤1例,角化囊肿2例。切骨的最大范围达全下颌骨体部,10例恶性肿瘤在作病灶切除和冷冻植骨术的同时,均行同侧颈淋巴清扫术。14例中,9例获得成功,4例失败,1例失访,随访最长时间6年,最短6个月。
Our department in the past 6 years frozen autologous mandibular autograft in 14 cases, the report is as follows. Clinical data 14 cases, 11 males and 3 females, the maximum age of 64 years old, minimum 19 years old. 10 cases of malignant tumors (5 cases of squamous cell carcinoma of the jaw in 5 cases, 3 cases of squamous cell carcinoma of the mouth, 1 case of squamous carcinoma of the mouth and 1 case of tongue squamous cell carcinoma), 1 case of ameloblastoma, 1 case of giant cell tumor of mandible, Cyst in 2 cases. The maximal range of osteotomy reached the whole body of the mandible. 10 cases of malignant tumors underwent resection of the lesion and frozen bone grafting. All patients underwent ipsilateral neck dissection. Of the 14 patients, 9 were successful, 4 failed and 1 lost their follow-up, with a maximum follow-up of 6 years and a minimum of 6 months.
