思想政治工作是推动企业改革和发展的重要保证,是激发职工生产和工作积极性、主动性和创造性的动力之源。随着市场经济的发展,我国加入WTO、电力体制改革的深化和创建一流供电企业工作的开展,电力企业在加快内部改革和管理创新过程中。职工的思想观念和行为准则不同程度地受到影响,思想上产生波动。因此,企业思想政治工作就必须适应变化了的新情况,紧密结合企业实际,解放思想,实事求是,坚持理论创新、思路创新、方式方法和手段的创新,始终用科学的理论和方法解释新情况、解决新问题,通过强有力的思想政治工作把广大职工的思想与行为凝聚和统一到确保改革和管理创新顺利进行,企业生产经营管理目标的实现上来。
