人脐带间充质干细胞(hUCMSCs)是指存在于新生儿脐带中的一种多功能干细胞,具有自我更新及多向分化潜能.与其他组织来源的干细胞相比,hUCMSCs具有来源广泛、增值速度快、易于分离、低免疫原性、高安全性和不违背伦理道德等优点,被认为是再生医学领域中一种具有广泛临床应用前景的细胞.近年来对其基本生物学特性、体外诱导分化能力、体内移植促进皮肤创面修复等的研究,为烧伤患者的临床治疗提供新方向.本文就近年来hUCMSCs治疗烧伤的研究进展进行综述.“,”Human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells(hUCMSCs) are a type of newborn umbilical cord cells with significant self-renewal ability and multilineage differentiation capacity. Compared to other original MSCs, the advantages of hUCMSCs are short amplification time, high proliferation rate, lower immunogenicity, higher safety, fewer bioethics issues, abundance, and convenience. It has been reported that hUCMSCs promote the functional recovery of burn patients. Therefore, hUCMSCs are considered as a significant promise for regenerative medicine. In recent years, previous studies have demonstrated that hUCMSCs might create a favorable environment for the treatment of burns, based on the study of basic biological characteristics and its capacity of differentiation. In this review, we summarize the important studies that have investigated the use of hUCMSCs as a therapeutic agent for burns therapy.
