自体脂肪易获取、组织相容性好、无免疫反应且经济,是理想的软组织填充材料.自体脂肪颗粒隆乳存在脂肪坏死钙化、硬结、包膜囊形成及高吸收率等并发症,限制了隆乳术后效果.随着新技术新方法的应用,术后效果在不断地改善,自体脂肪颗粒隆乳术越来越受到关注.但在临床应用中,还没有标准统一的手术步骤.本文主要对自体脂肪隆乳技术方法及术后评估方面的最新进展进行综述,为改善隆乳术后效果及制定科学性手术步骤提供一定的参考.“,”Autologous fat is considered the ideal material, which is biocompatible, nonimmunogenic, inexpensive and easy to obtain. Autologous fat granule augmentation has fat necrosis calcification, induration, capsule formation, high absorbability or other complications. With the advancement of technology and research, the new techniques and methods have been applied to autologous fat grafting, and postoperative results will continue to improve. Autologous fat grafting is becoming an increasingly popular procedure used for breast augmentation. In clinical application, there is no uniform technique for autologous fat grafting. This article reviews the latest advances in autologous fat mammaplasty augmentation technique and postoperative evaluation, and provides some reference for improving the results of mammaplasty augmentation.
