本文观察两种不同浓度的大蒜液是否可以诱发大鼠适应性细胞保护作用而防止盐酸所致的胃粘膜损伤。30%或10%大蒜液作为弱刺激提前30分钟灌胃,均可防止盐酸所致的胃粘膜损伤,损伤指数由69.6±8.8分别下降至4.9±0.6和19.2±2.8(与对照组相比P<0.001),损伤抑制率分别为93%和73%,消炎痛提前60分钟灌胃,可阻断大蒜液对胃粘膜的保护作用。结果表明,大蒜液对胃粘膜有保护作用,其机制很可能是诱发内源性前列腺索的合成和释放而实现的。
This article observed whether two different concentrations of garlic can induce adaptive cell protection in rats and prevent gastric mucosal damage caused by hydrochloric acid. 30% or 10% garlic solution as a weak stimulus to gavage 30 minutes in advance, can prevent the gastric mucosal injury caused by hydrochloric acid, the injury index decreased from 69.6±8.8 to 4.9±0.6 and 19.2±2.8, respectively (Compared with the control group P <0.001), the injury inhibition rates were 93% and 73%, respectively, indomethacin gavage 60 minutes in advance, can block the protective effect of garlic liquid on the gastric mucosa. The results showed that garlic liquid has a protective effect on the gastric mucosa, and its mechanism is likely to be induced by the synthesis and release of endogenous prostate cord.
