普通初中特色是普通初中根据学校自身发展沿革和实际情况,在办学过程中着重发展优势,逐渐形成的独特的、稳定的办学风格,体现其个性化的教育理念和办学思路。普通初中特色发展的基础包括政治、经济、文化基础。普通初中特色发展的影响因素包括社会发展程度、教育政策、区域文化、管理方式、课程设置、校长的影响、教师的能力等。普通初中特色发展呈现出了战略化、普及化、多媒体远程化的趋势。实现普通初中特色健康发展的有效策略包括以下几个方面:加大教育财政投入力度;形成协作的系统;加强巩固特色的管理。
Ordinary junior high school characteristics is the ordinary junior high school based on the school’s own evolution and the actual situation in the process of running a school focus on the development of advantages and gradually formed a unique and stable style of running a school to reflect its individual education philosophy and school ideas. The foundation for the development of ordinary junior high school features includes political, economic and cultural foundation. The influencing factors of the general junior high school’s characteristic development include the degree of social development, education policy, regional culture, management style, curriculum setting, the influence of the headmaster and the teachers’ abilities. The characteristic development of ordinary junior middle schools shows a trend of strategy, popularization and multimedia remote. Effective strategies to achieve the healthy development of general junior high school characteristics include the following aspects: increasing investment in education, forming a system of cooperation, and strengthening the management of distinctive characteristics.
