1938年Feldberg等发现,经眼镜蛇毒处理后的豚鼠肺的灌洗液中有一种缓慢反应的平滑肌刺激因子,并命名为慢反应物质(Slow reacting substance,SRS).
In 1938, Feldberg et al. Found that there was a slowly reacting smooth muscle stimulating factor in the guinea pig lung lavage fluid after cobra venom treatment and was named as Slow reacting substance (SRS).
