随着我国国民经济的快速增长,各行各业都实现了快速发展!建筑行业也水涨船高得到了长足的发展。特别是改革开放以来,建筑施工技术水平、管理技术水平也随着突飞猛进的发展进步。表现在智能化、机械化、预制装配化、施工专业化水平的提高,模板、脚手架、预应力施工技术有了长足发展,钢筋混凝土结构、钢结构和装饰工程施工技术等不断优化创新,同时关于建筑节能和绿色施工等现代环保建筑理念愈来愈得到重视。
