在中共中央《关于深化文化体制改革,推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》精神指导下,集团公司及所属企事业单位紧密结合建设世界水平的国际能源公司的创业实践,在企业文化建设方面取得了新的成果,积累了宝贵的经验。为了进一步提升企业文化建设水平,前不久,经集团公司党组审定,《中国石油企业文化建设工作条例》正式下发并施行。本刊特全文刊载此条例。
Under the guidance of the CPC Central Committee’s “Decision on Deepening the Reform of the Cultural System and Promoting the Development and Prosperity of Socialist Culture”, the Group and its affiliated enterprises and institutions are closely integrated with the entrepreneurial practices of international energy companies that build world-class standards. New achievements have been made in cultural construction and valuable experiences have been accumulated. In order to further enhance the level of corporate culture, recently approved by the party branch of the group company, “China Petroleum Enterprise Culture Construction Ordinance” was officially issued and implemented.
