胰岛移植治疗胰岛素依赖型糖尿病已逐渐地应用于临床。胰岛移植治疗糖尿病需要大量胰岛,但在短期内获得是比较困难的,冷冻保存可以大量贮存胰岛,如何保存功能良好的胰岛是值得重视的一个课题。本研究比较不同低温保护剂、不同降温速率及4种慢速降温方法对新生大鼠胰岛活性的影响。
Islet transplantation for the treatment of insulin-dependent diabetes has been gradually applied to clinical. Islet transplantation for the treatment of diabetes requires a large number of islets, but in the short term is more difficult to obtain, frozen storage can be a large number of islet storage, how to save a well-functioning islet is a topic worthy of attention. This study compared different hypothermia protective agents, different cooling rates and four kinds of slow cooling method on the islet activity of neonatal rats.
