对煤炭采样机械臂结构进行设计,建立了基于ANSYS的有限元模型;确立取样机械臂危险工况,并针对此工况进行了结构应力与应变计算与分析;在满足强度和刚度的情况下,基于ANSYS对机械臂进行了多目标参数优化;优化结果表明材料节省了7%,同时力学特性校核结果也表明强度与刚度均满足指标要求,为煤炭采样机械臂研发提供重要设计依据。
The structure of the coal sampling arm is designed, and the finite element model based on ANSYS is established. The dangerous working conditions of the sampling arm are established, and the calculation and analysis of structural stress and strain are carried out. Under the conditions of strength and stiffness, Based on ANSYS, the multi-objective parameters of the manipulator are optimized. The optimization results show that the material is saved by 7%. The mechanical properties check result also shows that both the strength and the stiffness meet the requirements of the index, which provides an important design basis for the development of the coal sampling manipulator.
