X 综合征指患有典型心绞痛(多为劳力型),而冠状动脉造影正常,运动试验往往阳性。其解释是有散在分布的冠状前小动脉异常收缩,收缩远端代偿性腺苷增多引起心绞痛。引起收缩的原因可能是内皮松弛因子缺乏,或异常神经刺激,或两者共同的作用。
Syndrome X refers to patients with typical angina (mostly labor-type), while coronary angiography is normal, often positive in motor tests. The explanation is scattered scattered anterior small artery abnormal contraction, contraction of distal compensatory increase in adenosine angina. The cause of contractions may be the lack of endothelial relaxants, or abnormal nerve stimulation, or a combination of both.
