改革开放以来,我国进出口贸易发展迅速,而国内贸易发展则相对缓慢。当前我国国内贸易与发达国家国内贸易相比较,主要存在国内贸易信用体系发展滞后的问题。文章分析了国内贸易及内贸信用体系发展状况及我国国内贸易信用体系低下原因,并提出了完善法律制度、完善金融体系、发展第三方信用评级机构以及建立区域内试点信用体系等对策建议。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s import and export trade has developed rapidly, while the development of domestic trade has been relatively slow. At present, compared with the domestic trade of the developed countries, the domestic trade of our country mainly lags behind the development of the domestic trade credit system lagging behind. This article analyzes the development of the domestic trade and domestic trade credit system and the reason of the low domestic credit trade system in our country. And some countermeasures are put forward, such as perfecting the legal system, perfecting the financial system, developing third party credit rating agencies and setting up a pilot credit system in the region.
