焦虑是人们因生活或工作中的问题无法解决而产生的着急和忧虑的情绪表现。怎样才能知道你现在正处在焦虑中呢?看看你是否有以下症状:1.日常生活中的事件(指非突发事件)让你时时刻刻都操心不已,而且时间超过6个月。2.你至少有三种下列症状:过度激动或者觉得压力太大、疲倦、不能集中精力、记忆减退、易怒、肌肉紧张、失眠。3.你很不容易忘掉烦恼,即使看电影或者跟朋友打电话时也一样。4.你的忧虑已经让你的社会行为出现明显的痛苦或干扰。
Anxiety is the anxious and worrying mood of people that can not be solved by problems in their lives or at work. How do you know if you are now in anxiety? See if you have any of the following symptoms: 1. Events in everyday life (non-emergencies) keep you in constant trouble for more than 6 months. 2. You have at least three of the following symptoms: Excessive agitation or feeling stressed, tired, unable to concentrate, memory loss, irritability, muscle tension, insomnia. You are not easy to forget the trouble, even when watching a movie or calling a friend the same. Your worries have caused significant pain or distraction to your social behavior.
