一、锻造加热炉的热效率和热损失一般锻压车间加热炉的燃料消耗量很大,车间成本很大程度上取决于这些炉子的热效率和生产率。用作炉衬的耐火和保温材料,不仅与炉子的热效率有关,而且对炉子的生产率、炉温的均匀性、炉子的施工、维修、寿命和造价等都有很大的影响。加热炉的热损失,主要包括以下五部分:(1)燃料不完全燃烧所造成的化学热损失;(2)烟气带走的热损失;
