当前,能够改善合金性能的各种类型的形变热处理,已得到了广泛的应用.形变热处理的基本概念是塑性变形和热处理的结合,通过这种结合,塑性变形对随后的热处理效应产生了良好的影响.铝合金以及其它弥散强化合金的高温形变热处理(BTMO),应在保证达到最大淬火效应和在高温变形过程中没有再结晶发生的变形—温度条件下进行.在文献【1、2)中也已研究了BTMO对B96U1合金机械性能的影响.
