本研究应用免疫金标记法，观察了抗５１ｋＤ抗体在精子的免疫电镜定位，发现不育者体内存在抗５１ｋＤ精子膜抗原的抗精子抗体。所获结果无疑可为与男性不育相关的精子抗原及其抗体的研究提供可行的方法，对男性不育症患者的诊断及治疗提供可靠的依据。
In this study, immunogold labeling method was used to observe the localization of anti-51kD antibodies in sperm by immunoelectron microscopy. Anti-sperm antibodies against 51kD sperm membrane antigens were found in infertile humans. The results obtained will undoubtedly provide a feasible method for the research on sperm antigens and their antibodies related to male infertility and provide a reliable basis for the diagnosis and treatment of male infertility patients.
