金融危机肆虐全球,数千家公司一夜之间不复存在。然而每一次危机都是一次世界经济的大洗牌。本次危机正是有实力的中国企业走出去的好时机,尽管海外并购并非一帆风顺,中国企业仍应该抓住机遇,化解风险,在海外并购市场上越走越好。本文对中国企业目前海外并购所面临的机遇以及存在的问题进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了如何防范海外并购失败的对策。
The financial crisis has ravaged the world, and thousands of companies cease to exist overnight. However, every crisis is a major reshuffle of the world economy. This crisis is a good time for powerful Chinese enterprises to go global. Although overseas mergers and acquisitions are not easy, Chinese enterprises should still seize the opportunity to resolve the risks and go further and better in the overseas M & A market. This article analyzes the opportunities and problems existing in the current M & A of Chinese enterprises, and on this basis puts forward the countermeasures to prevent overseas mergers and acquisitions from failing.
