圆柱直齿轮的单项测量中,齿圈径向跳动量和齿厚的测量,常求助于圆棒测头或圆球测头,测头应在分度圆处与齿廓接触。测头直径的选择与计算,在一些书刊中说得很含糊,甚至有差错,现推荐计算方法如下:对于标准圆柱直齿轮,从图1中可求得测头直径d_p应为:d_p=(mzsin90°/z)/(cos(α_0+90°/z))(1)由上式可知:当齿数z无限增加时,图1即变成图2所示的齿条,于是测头直径为:d_p=mx/2cosα_0 (2)式中:m为模数;α_0为齿形角;z为齿数。
