藿胆丸是由广藿香叶和猪胆浸膏组成的水丸,具有清热化浊,宣通鼻窍的功能,用于风寒化热,胆火上攻引起的鼻塞欠通、鼻渊头痛等。收载于《中国药典》1995年版中。在实际检验过程中发现鉴别(2)项在提取过程时使用了高压灭菌锅,提取5小时。该方法较费时费力,同时由于条件有限,有些单位不具备该设备,因此建议将该方法进行一些改动。
Qidan pill is a pill consisting of patchouli leaves and pig bile extract. It has the function of clearing away heat and turbidness, and preserving the nose. It is used to cool the heat, cause nasal congestion due to gallbladder fire and attack, and nasosity headache. . It is contained in the 1995 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. During the actual inspection, it was found that the identification (2) used an autoclave in the extraction process and extracted it for 5 hours. This method is time-consuming and labor-intensive. At the same time, due to limited conditions, some units do not have the equipment. It is therefore recommended that some changes be made to this method.
