正当防卫是我国刑法规定的一项重要内容,是实现公民合法利益的有力保障。正当防卫的必要限度一直受到人们的重视和关注,已经成为正当防卫制度的核心。正当方式的必要限度与人们的生活和工作有着较为密切的联系,实现正当防卫制度的合理性和法制化是十分关键的。本文旨在分析正当防止的必要限度,准确判断正当防卫必要限度的具备内容,进而确保正当防卫发挥其真正的价值和意义。
Proper defense is an important part of China’s criminal law and a powerful guarantee for realizing the legitimate interests of citizens. The necessary limits of due diligence have always received the attention and attention of the people and have become the core of the justified defense system.
