公共图书馆免费开放是图书馆发展的必然之路,也是公共图书馆服务的基本原则。但是,电子阅览室由于其网络资源的良莠不齐,免费开放对于未成年人来说也存在着不可忽视的负面作用。本文对电子阅览室免费开放的现状、存在的问题进行了分析,提出了具体的管理措施,引导青少年正确利用网络及其网络资源,以充分发挥公共图书馆青少年电子阅览室的职能,满足广大青少年基本的网络文化需求。
