本文研究了固溶体配比对YT15合金组织结构和性能的影响。随着固溶体中碳化钨含量的降低(碳化钛增加),合金中的碳化钨晶粒逐渐变细,石墨析出量逐渐减少。由40—50%TiC的固溶体制配的合金,TiC-WC晶粒成形较好。就合金性能而言,30%TiC的固溶体所制取的合金,其抗弯强度最高;50%TiC的固溶体制取的合金,硬度和切削寿命最好;当固溶体中含75%TiC时,合金在400℃及800℃时的硬度较高。
In this paper, the effect of solid solution ratio on the microstructure and properties of YT15 alloy was studied. With the reduction of tungsten carbide content in the solid solution (titanium carbide increases), the tungsten carbide grains in the alloy become finer and the amount of precipitated graphite gradually decreases. From 40-50% TiC solid solution prepared alloy, TiC-WC grain forming better. In terms of alloy properties, the alloy with 30% TiC solid solution has the highest flexural strength; the alloy with 50% TiC solid solution has the best hardness and cutting life; when the solid solution contains 75% TiC, the alloy The hardness is higher at 400 ℃ and 800 ℃.
