白血病的有效治疗使患者生命大为延长,但同时也增加了病菌感染的机会。该文报告1例患有急性原始淋巴细胞型白血病行骨髓移植5年后复发的女性患者并发曲霉菌和担子菌所致的致死性肺部感染。
The effective treatment of leukemia greatly prolongs the lives of patients, but it also increases the chance of infection. This article reports a case of a female patient with acute primary lymphoblastic leukemia who had relapsed after 5 years of bone marrow transplantation and a fatal lung infection caused by Aspergillus and Basidiomycetes.
