1999年10月起,聊城市委选派20名县市区及市直党政机关干部,到复旦大学进行了为期两个月的集中教育培训。通过学习,大家普遍感到,这种名家授课、学习研讨、社会实践“三位一体”的培训方式,符合领导干部培训的实际,是干部培训的一种好形式。名家授课,理论学习收获大。培训班前40天为集中学习阶段,主要学习经济、管理、金融、哲学理念等方面的知识,听取了41场专题讲座。复旦大学哲学系专门为培训班聘请了27名上海市著名管理人员及专家、教授,其中80%以上为博士生导师。
Since October 1999, Liaocheng municipal party committee has sent 20 county and municipal officials and party members and government officials directly to Fudan University for a two-month intensive education and training. Through learning, everyone generally feels that this “trinity” training mode of teaching, studying, studying and social practice is in line with the actual training of leading cadres and is a good form of cadre training. The first 40 days of the training course was a concentrated learning phase, which mainly studied knowledge of economy, management, finance and philosophical concepts, and listened to 41 special lectures. Fudan University Philosophy Department specifically for the training course hired 27 famous managers and experts in Shanghai, professors, of whom more than 80% doctoral tutor.
