理工科院校的大学英语教学作为人文教育的主干课程,为学生们提供了提升人文素质、巩固人文知识,提高语言能力的空间,同时有助于学生写作能力的提升。本文从理工科院校大学英语教学改革的角度出发,通过对1079名学生发放的调查问卷,分析了理工科非英语专业大学英语写作教学中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决策略。
College English teaching in colleges and universities of science and engineering, as the main course in humanistic education, provides students with space to improve their humanistic qualities, consolidate their knowledge of the humanities and improve their language ability, and at the same time it helps to improve students’ writing ability. Based on the survey of 1079 students in colleges and universities of science and engineering, this essay analyzes the problems existing in college English writing teaching of non-English majors in science and engineering and puts forward corresponding solutions.
