为满足热交换器系统对温度控制的精度要求,选用K型热电偶作为温度传感器,研制基于AT89C52单片机为核心可编程智能调节器;以调节器的硬件和软件两条主线进行设计和开发工作,设计开发出先进而实用的高性能、高可靠性的调节器,具有功能强,结构简单,功耗小等特点;实际运行表明,所开发的调节器显著提升热交换器温度控制精度。
In order to meet the accuracy requirements of the temperature control of the heat exchanger system, K-type thermocouple was selected as the temperature sensor to develop a programmable intelligent regulator based on AT89C52 microcontroller. With the two main lines of regulator hardware and software design and development work, Design and development of advanced and practical high performance, high reliability regulator, with strong features, simple structure, low power consumption and other characteristics; actual operation shows that the regulator developed significantly enhance the heat exchanger temperature control accuracy.
