论述了用可编程控制器作为控制主机构成电熔镁炉集中自动控制系统的构成和特点 ,给出了电流采样和通道切换的具体实现方法和实际电路图。对PLC型号的选择、实际配置 ,PLC控制程序的结构和具体控制算法做了进一步的描述。
The composition and characteristics of a centralized automatic control system for a fused-melter furnace using a programmable logic controller as a control host are discussed. The actual implementation and the actual circuit diagram of the current sampling and channel switching are given. The PLC model selection, the actual configuration, PLC control program structure and the specific control algorithm is further described.
