本文阐述了大型重载齿轮的服役条件和为提高承载能力,防止齿面剥落所必须保证的硬化层深度。高的齿心部硬度和过渡区的最小残余拉应力。文章比较了大型重载齿轮各种硬化方法,认为渗碳淬火是提高其承载能力最适合的工艺。文章还介绍了大型重载齿轮的深层渗碳技术条件和典型工艺。最后提出发展我国大型重载齿轮深层渗碳的几个必须解决的问题。
This article describes the service conditions of large heavy-duty gears and the depth of hardened layer that must be guaranteed to increase the load-carrying capacity and prevent tooth flaking. High tooth center hardness and minimum residual tensile stress in transition zone. The paper compares various hardening methods of large heavy-duty gears, and considers that carburizing and quenching is the most suitable technology to improve its carrying capacity. The paper also introduces the technical conditions and typical process of deep carburization of heavy duty gear. Finally, several problems must be solved to develop deep carburizing of large heavy-duty gears in our country.
