近年来我国高层建筑发展迅速,据不完全统计,截至1984年底全国(不包括台湾)八层以上的房屋已达一千万 m~2左右,其中大部分都是住宅、宾馆、办公楼型的民用建筑。本文仅就这类建筑基础在设计中常遇到的问题如:1.基础设计方案的选择;2.怎样解决高层主楼和低层裙房基础的差异沉降;3.箱基、筏基、条基的实用计算三个问题进行探讨。
In recent years, China’s high-rise buildings have developed rapidly. According to incomplete statistics, as of the end of 1984, more than eight floors of houses (excluding Taiwan) had reached 10 million m~2, most of which were residential, hotel, and office buildings. How to solve the differential settlement of high-rise main buildings and low-rise podium foundations; 3. Box foundation, ramie base, and strip foundation Three issues of practical calculation are discussed.
