例1 郭××女60岁住院号237687左眼进行性视力减退4个多月,眼胀2个月。诊断左眼眼内肿瘤、继发性青光眼。于1980年4月29日入院。既往史,1979年4月确诊为右肺中心型肺癌,纵膈淋巴结及部分肋骨转移。采用中西医结合治疗。右眼视力0.5,眼压2.3Kpo,外眼及眼底未见异常。左眼无光感。眼压4.76KPa。混合性充血,巩膜压痛,角膜水肿,房水混浊。虹膜色淡,瞳孔缘部可见新生血管,瞳孔直径4mml,对光反应消失。晶状体皮质轻度混浊,玻璃体混浊,呈灰黄色反光。颞侧见一隆起团块,
