随着国家经济的进步,公路建设逐步趋向正规化,公路建设中也越来越多的使用到新材料、新设备、新技术,这些都在一定程度上影响着公路项目的质量。在公路项目建设过程中,影响工程质量的原因是多方面的,除了材料、机械、方法等还包括人为因素和环境因素。为了进一步提高公路项目的质量,就必须寻求行之有效的管理和控制策略,在争取施工进度的基础上确保工程的进度,提高公路项目的经济效益和社会效益。
With the progress of national economy, highway construction has gradually become more and more formalized.
