随着社会经济的快速发展,社会对人才素养在质和量方面的需求也越来越高,作为我国高素质专业应用型人才培养基地的高职院校,其近年来取得了长足的发展,不仅在招生规模方面,得到了极大的扩张,在教育教学质量方面,也取得了显著的提升。然而随着高职院校的迅猛发展,其存在的问题也不断显现出来,其中尤以高职院校毕业生的就业难问题最为严峻,其极大的阻碍着高职院校的健康可持续发展,因此加快高职院校教育模式的改革创新,构建以就业为导向的教育模式,有着积极意义。本文将就构建以就业为导向的高职文秘专业教育模式的有效策略进行详细的探讨。
