The 21st Century Education Commission of the United Nations pointed out: People in a new era should learn to know, learn to do things, learn to live together, and learn to live with. How to cultivate the high-quality talents needed to adapt to the economic development and social progress in the new era has become a key issue of current education concern. Primary stage is the key to cultivate habits, our school has for many years set up “cultivate habits, serve the future ” school philosophy, pay close attention to students to develop education. In my educational practice of doing class teacher work, I have helped students to develop good moral habits and study habits around the concept of education in a variety of effective ways.
