随着我国社会经济的快速发展,各种基础建设项目也在日益增多,建筑行业因此得到了新的发展契机,当前的房屋建筑工程项目逐渐呈现出复杂化、大型化和智能化的发展趋势。这就对其工程质量提出了更高的要求,监理单位作为房屋建筑项目工程中质量管理的重要部门,对整个工程质量起着十分重要的作用。本文介绍了房屋建筑项目工程质量管理的相关理论,对房屋建筑工程监理制度的发展进行了讨论,并就房屋建筑监理单位对项目工程质量管理的方法展开了探讨。
With the rapid development of social economy in our country, various kinds of infrastructure projects are also increasing day by day. As a result, the construction industry has been given new opportunities for development. The current housing construction projects are gradually showing the trend of becoming complicated, large and intelligent. This puts forward higher requirements on the quality of the project. As an important department of quality management in the construction project, supervision units play an important role in the quality of the whole project. This paper introduces the relevant theory of project construction quality management of housing construction project, discusses the development of house construction project supervision system, and explores the method of project construction quality management by house building supervision unit.
