通过胸部X线检查常发现圆形阴影,有时鉴别诊断困难,为吸取教训,现将我科经治疗证实误诊的3例球形肺炎介绍如下。例1:男,40岁,病历号6009。以右侧胸痛、咳嗽,痰中带血二周,于1969年4月27日来诊。查体:体温、脉搏正常,皮肤粘膜无黄染,全身表浅淋巴结无肿大,心肺无异常,肝脾未触及。化验:白细胞10800,中性76％,淋巴24％,血沉25毫米/小时。痰中未找到抗酸杆菌及癌细胞。X线所见:右肺第三前
Through the chest X-ray examination often found circular shadows, and sometimes differential diagnosis difficult, for the sake of learning, now my treatment confirmed by misdiagnosis of 3 cases of spherical pneumonia are described below. Example 1: Male, 40 years old, medical record number 6009. To the right chest pain, cough, bloody sputum two weeks, on April 27, 1969 to the clinic. Examination: body temperature, normal pulse, skin and mucous membrane without yellow dye, superficial lymph nodes without swelling, no abnormal heart and lung, liver and spleen not touched. Laboratory tests: 10800 leukocytes, 76% neutral, 24% lymph nodes, erythrocyte sedimentation rate 25 mm / h. No acid-fast bacilli and cancer cells were found in sputum.
