对肺结核患者实施不住院全面监督下化学疗法,是是治疗肺结核的一项有效的组织措施。它是通过合理化疗,使病人不住院获得住院同样的疗效,其成功的关键在于监督病人持续和规则用药。参照1964年FoX等提出的全面监督下实施化疗的优点和北京市结核病防治所等提出的全面监督下不住院间歇化疗,能彻底解决病人不规则用药和中断治疗的问题,我们从1979年底开始对102例新发现肺结核患者采取不住院全面监督间歇化疗。通过一年治疗,痰菌阴转率达98.2％。在实践中我们体会到实施全监化疗,首先要做好宣教育工作。因为全监化疗,目前尚属一个新的课题,只有做好宣传教育工作,才能统一
The implementation of chemotherapy without full hospital supervision of tuberculosis patients is an effective organizational measure for the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis. Since late 1979, 102 cases of newly discovered pulmonary tuberculosis patients were not hospitalized to fully monitor intermittent chemotherapy. Through a year of treatment, sputum negative conversion rate reached 98.2%. In practice, we realize that the implementation of full-regimen therapy, we must first do a good job education and education.
